Our extensive CNC turning capabilities enable us to handle workpieces from as small as 2mm up to 450mm in diameter, with lengths up to 1000mm between centres. For high-volume production, we operate bar-fed machines that accommodate up to 42mm in diameter—delivering speed, efficiency, and consistency at scale.
To ensure maximum flexibility, we also maintain a suite of manual lathes—ideal for one-off projects, prototypes, and low-volume work where a rapid turnaround is key.
Our milling department is equipped to handle a wide variety of machining requirements, offering both versatility and precision across all stages of production.
We operate advanced 3-axis CNC machining centres capable of running directly from digital files using CAD/CAM software—ideal for complex, high-precision work. For secondary operations and simpler tasks, we also utilise 2-axis machines, ensuring seamless integration with parts from previous processes.
Our highly trained operators are skilled in maximising the full capabilities of our equipment, delivering consistent, high-quality results. In addition to our CNC capabilities, we maintain a range of semi-CNC and manual milling machines—providing the flexibility to support one-off jobs, development work, and bespoke components.
